She has been working in higher education for 20 years and currently employed as an Associate Dean in the School of Health & Life Sciences at Teesside University with responsibility for the portfolio of enterprise and business engagement.
The role involves working in partnership with organisations to ensure the range of educational provision offered meets their workforce requirements. Examples of this include the higher and degree apprenticeship agenda and working with partners to develop CPD opportunities.
