Graham Woodham

Programme Head Regulated Professional Workforce,
Skills for Care

Graham Woodham is Programme Head for Regulated Professional Workforce at Skills for Care. He leads a team which provides support, information, guidance and resources for employers of social workers, nurses and occupational therapists. Graham’s work at a national level involves advising, influencing and supporting the implementation of a range of strategic policy initiatives aimed at improving recruitment and retention including the development of the new Nursing Associate role. Graham was formerly a social worker and team manager in Community Mental Health Teams, has experience of mentoring, action learning and practice education.  His management experience includes planning and implementing organisational change.
